Villa La Luna

The Magnificent ‘Villa de la Luna’ which translates to ‘House of the Moon’ is just that. On a clear moonlit night, the genesis of the name becomes evident.

La Luna consists of three separate buildings, all on one level, with very different styles which have evolved over the years as the villa has undergone renovations. When you enter through the main door, a horseshoe forms around an inner courtyard with a private swimming pool, hot tub, and volcanic gardens.  Ideal for large families or groups of friends it is completely private and is therefore ideal for outdoor living.

Villa Layout: 

Traditional Finca

The traditional Finca is the original building and is the heart of La Luna; with two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, utility room and additional w/c.

Cosy Cottage

The Cosy Cottage consists of two bedrooms (a double and a twin) along with a modern bathroom and the facilities to accommodate babies / toddlers.

Modern Annex

The Modern Annex consists of three bedrooms, an impressively spacious en-suite, a twin and double room, along with an additional modern bathroom. There is also a patio area outside the en-suite bedroom where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time.

This unique villa is situated in a prime yet very private location with all amenities close by. It has all the luxuries consistent with a five star villa. The beautifully appointed living room is comfortable and inviting with a large flat screen TV with an abundance of channels plus Netflix. 

Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, if your stay is longer than one week we include a mini-clean mid stay, this includes bed linen and bath towel changes.   

Cots, high chairs and a Z bed are available on request. 

As lovely as the interior of the house is, it is the outdoor living space which is so alluring. On the warm balmy evenings, there is very little need to go indoors. Almost all the indoor living spaces are catered for outside including a comfortable seating area, large dining area, built-in BBQ and even a romantic four poster cabana.

This prestigious, detached villa is extremely private with secluded with walled-in gardens. The beautiful courtyard and terrace has a large (7m x 3.5m) private pool electrically heated (important during the winter months) and an abundance of comfortable sun-loungers, there is also an external Shower on the pool terrace to enable you to cool off during the very warm days.

A built-in BBQ with the ‘al fresco’ dining area and extensive seating offers comfortable shade and protection from the sun and breezes. 

You can also immerse yourself in your own warm water therapeutic 6 seater hot tub, combining an experience that is both rejuvenating and healing, whilst relaxing under the stars with hydro massage water jets.

For peace of mind we have a security alarm system installed. 

There is private parking for three cars in the driveway plus ample free street parking outside the villa. 

La Luna is just 11 km from Lanzarote (ACE) airport. 

The fantastic Biosfera Plaza is less than 10 minutes walk from the villa, this is a fantastic modern shopping centre which is also home to the only open air cinema on the island. 

This is also the first shopping centre in Spain accessible to people with ASD thanks to the implementation of a QR code system and the placement of pictograms in its facilities.

Within walking distance from the Villa you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tapas bars, local bakery, and a taxi rank. Villa La Luna is also just a short walk from the spectacular 5 km of golden beaches at Puerto Del Carmen with its palm trees and rocky divides. The picturesque fishing port of the Old Town is close by, a favourite spot to enjoy the local wine or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants.
